PNY Overclocked RTX 5070 Ti Now Available at Retail Price

If you’ve been on the lookout for a new graphics processing unit (GPU), you might know that getting one at its suggested retail price is no easy feat. High demand, coupled with low supply and fluctuating economic conditions, have caused new 50 Series graphics cards to debut at prices well above expectations, particularly during their launch.
Fortunately, the situation seems to be stabilizing somewhat. PNY's overclocked version of the GeForce RTX 5070 Ti is now available on Amazon for its manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) of $750. To sweeten the deal, your purchase also includes a copy of the highly anticipated game, Borderlands 4, offering a potential savings of $70 for interested gamers.
I had the opportunity to test the Asus Prime version of the RTX 5070 Ti and was thoroughly impressed by its performance across multiple resolutions. It comfortably surpassed 120 frames per second (fps) at 1080p in nearly all games tested, making it an excellent choice for gamers wanting to max out their screen's refresh rate. Additionally, it achieved over 90 fps in all test games at a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440. PNY’s overclocked GPU offers a slight boost to these figures.
As part of the latest generation Nvidia GeForce GPUs, you also gain access to DLSS 4 and the landmark Multi-Frame Generation feature. This allows the RTX 5070 Ti to leverage machine learning, generating up to three additional frames between each traditionally rendered one, significantly boosting frame rates with minimal loss in quality. While it’s not advisable to rely on this feature for every game, it’s an exciting benefit.
For those hesitant about the $750 price tag, consider consulting my full GPU buying guide, which compares the latest offerings from Nvidia and AMD. Beyond the sub-$400 budget options, the RTX 5070 Ti stands out as a balanced choice of performance and price. It’s uncommon to see such cards available for MSRP, and with the inclusion of Borderlands 4, it is a particularly appealing proposition for those contemplating an upgrade.
